Introducing a new update to eGlobe Solutions! Now you can assign multiple properties to a single staff user, making staff management more efficient. This eliminates the need for redundant accounts and improves communication.

To assign multiple properties to a staff user, simply follow these steps:

1. Navigate to "Manage Users".

2. Click on the "Edit" button associated with the staff user and got " Assign Properties".

3. Select the properties you want to assign and click "Submit".

To take advantage of this feature, simply follow the steps below: 1. Navigate to the Pro-forma Invoice section. 2. Click on the "Bill To Company" button. 3. Once you've accessed the feature, please provide the following required details and click on "Submit" button: 1. Date 2. Select Company 3. Bill Type (Room Charges Only or Full Billed Amount) 4. Amount 5. Remarks 6. Received By "After clicking on 'Submit,' the 'Payment Received' section will be automatically updated with the information you provided."
